To strengthen, create, and celebrate relationships with our customers’ administrative professionals, executive assistants, and chiefs of staff, my team and I developed a direct mail kit containing curated items in honor of Administrative Professionals Month. These gifts focus on relaxation and highlight the importance of these professionals to their teams, encouraging them to take a well-deserved break and feel proud of their accomplishments. I wrote the registration email and landing page, developed the creative strategy for the entire project, assisted with the custom box design, and drafted a personalized letter for this piece.
